Description

One of Glasgow's Premier Independent Whisky Bottling Companies, North Star Spirits, established in 2016 by Iain Croucher, is dedicated to unearthing hidden gems within the Scotch Whisky realm. This Dalwhinnie expression was distilled in March 2008 and matured for 14 years, initially in a refill hogshead and then finished in an Oloroso sherry hogshead, before being bottled in November 2022 at 48.9% abv. Only 252 bottles were produced as part of North Star's Cask Series 21.
