Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is a Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a 2015 addition to the distillery's core range, inspired by the chilly climate of Dalwhinnie, one of Scotland's highest and coldest distilleries. The name reflects that it is crafted only from spirit distilled between October and March, during the Scottish winter. This process, influenced by the cold weather and traditional worm tubs, results in a spirit that evolves into rich, honeyed, and heather flavors.
