Description

This Tennessee Straight Bourbon is distilled at Nashville's Pennington Distilling Co. from a mash bill of 60% Tennessee corn, 22% Tennessee winter wheat, and 18% malted barley. It is selected from a small batch of barrels aged between 4 to 6 years in new, charred oak containers. Unlike their Tennessee Whiskey, this bourbon does not undergo charcoal filtering (Lincoln County process).
