Description

The Dead Rabbit 5 Year Old Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, distilled for the US market at the Dublin Liberties distillery. It is named after the Irish immigrant gang in 1850's New York and the award-winning Dead Rabbit Saloon. The whiskey is matured first in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in virgin American oak.
