Description

Celtic Renewables protected low-carbon technology converts low-value biological material into sustainable, high-value commodities. This unique whisky matured initially in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead cask, producing a wonderful complexity of sweet sherry, mellow honey with a salty dry finish. Distilled at Deanston in 2008 and bottled by Adelphi in 2021, the rare 13 year old single cask whisky is exclusive to Celtic Renewables.
