Deanston Kentucky Cask Matured is a Highland single malt whisky from the Deanston distillery, housed in a former cotton mill. This release is matured in 1st and 2nd fill ex-bourbon casks, creating a versatile single malt with a sweet and smooth character. It undergoes a soft-filtration process, which leaves in flavors that harsher filtration might remove. The whisky is bottled at 40% ABV.
