Description

John Dewar & Sons is a subsidiary of historic rum producers and multinational drinks company, Bacardi, and is tasked with managing its Scotch whisky portfolio. The company was acquired from Diageo in 1998 and was merged with Bacardi's William Lawson Distillers. John Dewar & Sons continues to market both its own and the William Lawson brands. Dewar's White Label, created in 1899 by Master Blender A.J. Cameron, is the cornerstone of the brand and one of the best-selling blended Scotch whiskies globally, known for its smooth, honeyed flavor and easy-drinking character.
