Description

An Irish whiskey triple distilled in the town of Dingle in the Southwest of Ireland, a product of its environment using local well water and manual mashing. The microclimate creates a unique maturation. Dingle Distillery, established in 2012, was the first purpose-built distillery in Ireland in 100 years. Dingle Single Malt Batch No. 3 is a limited release of 13,000 bottles, a marriage of meticulously selected Bourbon and Port casks, bottled at 46.5% ABV. It carries no age statement but was distilled from 2012.
