Description

This Single Malt French Whisky from Distillerie Bertrand, part of the Uberach Cask Jaune series, was distilled on November 18, 2010, and bottled on June 23, 2022, after 11 years and 7 months of maturation. It was aged in second-fill Vin Jaune casks, specifically Savagnin houillé casks from Grandes Teppes by Jean-François Ganevat, originating from the Jura region (Arbois, Pupillin, Rotalier, Mathenay). This is a limited edition release of 346 bottles, with this particular bottle being No. 335. It is unpeated and non-chill filtered.
