Description

Joining the USA Series from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, this is an experimental single-cask rye whiskey from Distillery 291, nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It is made using 100% German rye, with the mash traditionally soured in open-air fermenters before triple distillation. Matured in heavily charred American white oak, this three-year-old whiskey was then finished with toasted aspen staves. This Batch 3 release consists of 295 bottles.
