Nose
Soft stone fruits and zingy orchard fruits are backed by fragrant oak, and sweet, toasty notes of almond croissants. A hint of woodiness combines with notes of candied fruit, white peaches and slightly tart pears. A great freshness emerges, the clarity of a fragrance. Little by little, the typical almond of their Single Malt emerges, followed by sweet, pastry aromas.
Palate
Bold oak and orchard blossom tangle, with layers of honey and a touch of cedar supporting chocolatey malt and zesty citrus. A comfortable entry makes us appreciate a distinguished and aerial and floral taste with cereal notes and orchard fruits, with discreetly saline effluves.
Finish
Sweet barley lingers, with delicate florals, creamy vanilla, toasted spice, and marzipan. The finish is honeyed with a creamy, almost creamy texture and aromas of lemon and chocolate and scents of flowers and barley.
