Description

This Dornoch single malt was distilled on 5th July 2017 and matured in single first-fill oloroso sherry butt #001. Bottled in November 2020, this was the inaugural bottling from the distillery. A small malt distillery in Scotland with a focus on traditional whisky making practices. It was established in 2016 by brothers, Simon and Phil Thompson, and produces both single malt whisky and gin.
