Nose
Dark macerated fruit abounds + distinctly spiced dry fruits + cedar wood & its sherry cask history influence.
Palate
It is lightly baked - being also overtly, syrupy spiced, carrying liquorice tones & a big full tonic hit.
Finish
This is now more subtle - being rather spicy - and showing wafts of sweet honey beyond the soft oaky tones.
