Nose
Carries a barley sugar suggestion amongst citrus, toffee and gentle spices. Delicate and sweet, with brown sugar, marmalade, cinnamon butter, and Scottish tablet.
Palate
Opens very sweetly and warms to honey, golden syrup, and vanilla caramel. Runny honey, vanilla buttercream, and fudge.
Finish
Those earlier spices show through ahead of lovely hard sugar based candy. Baking spices return on the finish, alongside toffee penny.
