A rare 25-year-old South Island single malt distilled at the now-closed Willowbank distillery in Dunedin, New Zealand, made from New Zealand malted barley and matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks. The remaining reserve was bottled by The New Zealand Whisky Collection.
