This Edradour 11 year old single malt is a collaboration with the renowned St. Michael-Eppan winery from South Tyrol. It matured in a first-fill Sauvignon Cask, part of the premium Sanct Valentin series, which imparts elegant, intense, and complex notes to the whisky. The back label mentions winemaker Hans Terzer's artistry with Sankt Valentin wines and how these casks were used to bring intense and complex notes to this Edradour Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
