Nose
The nose presents the whisky with charred wood. Dark chocolate comes through and meets cinnamon and sherry. Cloves round off the aroma spicily.
Palate
The Edradour Ballechin 8 Years Cuvée lies oily and full-bodied on the tongue. It tastes of raisins and sherry and brings roasted malt. Ginger and a fine smoky note introduce the finish.
Finish
The Cuvée Single Malt Whisky says goodbye long-lasting. It leaves notes of cocoa and peat smoke.
