- Bright and rich complex sweetness with tart Pink Lady apples, juicy grapes, overripe cantaloupe, pineapple core, floral honey, vanilla syrup, hints of juicy fruit gum and Sweetarts, toasted grain, ginger snaps, sugared donuts, light oak, candied cinnamon, and black licorice candy. Hay-like grassy malt, dried fruit, green and red apples, oat-like biscuity graham, banana, and dark sweets. Cereal grains, honeycomb, caramel, wild flowers, herbs, mint, delicate citrus, sweet oak, and a hint of campfire.
- Palate
- Moves from fruit towards grain, wood, and spice with tropical fruit, melon, green grapes, malt syrup, roasted grain, vanilla bean, and baker's chocolate. Polished, grippy oak with baking spices, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove, and anise. Hay-like grassy malt, dried fruit, brittle, vanilla, apples, honey, SweeTarts, spice, and earth. Lush toffee-like core with waves of herbs, brown baking spice, and honey.
- Finish
- Medium long with honeyed, malty sweetness, more baking spices, and lingering oaky tannins. Long notes of honey, dried fruit, malt, dark sweets, oak, and SweeTarts slowly disappear. Lingering flavors that become both dry and sweet.
