Elijah Craig 12 Year Old is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distilleries. It is aged for a minimum of 12 years in new charred oak barrels. This small batch bourbon is known for its rich flavor and full body, with a signature warm spice and subtle smoke character. It was originally released in 1986 with a 12-year age statement, which was later removed in 2016 to extend stocks.
