Description

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, handcrafted by Master Distillers. It owes its distinctive warm spice & subtle smoke flavor to Level 3 charred oak barrels. It is distilled, aged, and bottled in Kentucky from a traditional Bourbon mashbill of 78% Corn, 10% Rye and 12% Malted Barley. Each small batch draws from barrels aged between 8 and 12 years, allowing the blending team to balance younger vibrancy with the deeper tannin structure of older stocks. Elijah Craig is credited as the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels, earning him the title 'The Father of Bourbon'.
