Description

Rooted in tradition, St. George's Distillery are proud to make whisky the old-fashioned way, using slow processes, traditional equipment and honest, local ingredients. James Nelstrop's original goal for the distillery was to create England's finest single-malt whisky. This has been the sole ambition for nearly 16 years and is what continues to drive them forward today. This single malt was matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled in October 2024 by the English Whisky Company for Summerton Whisky Club. It is an unpeated single malt, created by blending three selected sister casks, and is non-chill filtered with natural coloring. Limited to 1236 bottles worldwide, this single malt is described as a strictly limited edition treasure.
