The English 11 Years Old The Whisky Baron Signature Series 2011 is a limited-edition single malt from The English Distillery, released by independent bottler The Whisky Baron as part of the Signature Series. The expression is a small batch blend of two heavily peated single malts, aged for 11 years in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled on 15 September 2022 at 53.1%. The sweet influence of the bourbon barrels is present on the nose with aromas of vanilla, toffee and coconut, joined by a subtle smoke. Sweet vanilla and coconut continue on the palate, followed by frosted flakes and a dry, earthy peat. Vanilla and smoke linger on the finish. One of 520 bottles.
