An unpeated single malt whisky from St George's Distillery in Norfolk, England, released as Chapter 6 by The English Whisky Co. Distilled in April 2007 by Iain Henderson and matured for a minimum of 3 years in first-fill American standard bourbon barrels (ASB) before bottling in April 2010 at 46% ABV.
