Description

The Famous Grouse is a well-known blended Scotch whisky, first produced by Matthew Gloag & Son in 1896. This 1980s bottling is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, including contributions from Highland Park and Macallan, matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. It was a top-selling whisky in Scotland during this period and was often available in duty-free for export.
