Description

A limited edition Famous Grouse 15 year old blended whisky released in 1999 to commemorate Bill McLaren's commitment to Scottish Rugby. Bill McLaren selected his fantasy World Rugby Select XV of the best players in the world. The Famous Grouse brand was created in 1896 by Mathew Gloag, initially called the Grouse Blend, with the 'Famous' prefix added in 1905. It is owned by the Edrington Group and was awarded the Royal Warrant in 1984. The blend includes whiskies from Highland Park and Macallan.
