An independent single cask bottling of 32-year-old Fettercairn single malt, released by Spiritfilled under their Mythical Beasts series as 'The Dryad'. Filled into an ex-bourbon hogshead (cask #1361) in July 1989 and bottled at cask strength in 2021, producing an outturn of just 98 bottles.

Elegant, generous mouthfeel, opens with juicy apricots, orange marmalade, lemon tart and hints of English breakfast tea, subtle sweetness and distinct dryness establish parameters and unite to create richness, with a finale of gingerbread, oak and maltiness.
