Cereals and fruit, Birchermuesli with spiced plums and barbecued banana sprinkled with brown sugar, cinnamon and toasted almond flakes. Reduced nose offers lightly toasted breakfast cereal with freeze-dried strawberries and raspberries, and tutti frutti ice cream with wafers.
Palate
Stewed forest fruits with honey, whipped cream and meringue, leading to lovely sweet oat, honey, coconut and cinnamon biscuits that melted in the mouth.
Finish
Lasting warmth of ginger, nutmeg, spiced walnuts and chewed pencil ends.
