Nose
Very fruity with notes of apples, pears, plums, and cherry, alongside sweet corn and toasted cereal grains. There are also earthy, spicy undertones with hints of vanilla, oak, black pepper, and ginger.
Palate
Juicy and fruity, echoing the nose with apples, pears, citrus, plum, and candied orange peel, complemented by a sweet marshmallowy burnt sugar and caramel. A prominent rye spice, peppery notes, and mild baking spices are present, with an earthy and oaky character.
Finish
Long and lingering, with notes of fresh orange juice, apple tart, and spice. It can be crispy with rye and fruit notes, sometimes a little dry, with a continued presence of oak and pepper.
