Description

Produced in collaboration with famed rock band The Flaming Lips, this limited release rye whiskey is distilled from a mash bill of 70% rye, 20% corn and 10% malted barley. It is fermented using a French wine yeast from the Loire Valley, which imparts unique fruity esters. The spirit is aged in new, charred American oak barrels custom-made in Minnesota. FEW Spirits is an American whiskey distillery established in 2011 in Evanston, Illinois, a city historically known for its temperance movement.
