Fiddler Encore Bourbon Whiskey is a high-wheat bourbon (51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley) distilled in Indiana and aged in new charred American white oak before being finished in maple syrup casks and bottled by ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia. This single barrel selection was bottled for Brewtally Honest Bourbon and Wiskeyer (Barrel #0093) at 56% ABV.
