Description

Primarily matured in first fill ex-Bourbon casks with a secondary maturation in ex-peated casks. This Single Malt brings the west coast of Scotland to the east coast of Yorkshire. A whisky all about balance; soft smoky notes are woven into our light and fruity house style.

Nose
Bright coastal nose of vanilla and caramel sweetness, citrus zest, and a delicate wisp of peat smoke. Light, maritime and inviting, with a refined, balanced allure.
Palate
Light and silky on the palate, this whisky delivers vanilla sweetness and caramel richness, touched by coastal salinity. A delicate veil of peat smoke adds a gentle, balanced smoky edge, while citrus zest lifts the profile to a crisp, lingering finish.
Finish
Coastal and refined, the finish lingers with soft sweetness and a whisper of peat. Vanilla and caramel drift into citrus zest as a light smoke fades, leaving a clean, maritime warmth that lingers long after the sip.
