Description

This Filey Bay Porter Cask Special Release is an English single malt whisky from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. It is a small batch bottling featuring spirit distilled in 2018, initially matured in ex-bourbon casks. These casks were then used to mature Wold Top Brewery's Marmalade Porter, creating 'Rip Curl' beer, before being refilled with the whisky for a finish in these porter-influenced casks. This release is limited to 2,000 bottles and is non-chill filtered with natural colour. It celebrates the distillery's farm, brewery, and distilling heritage. [4, 7, 9, 13, 14, 17, 19]
