This Filey Bay STR Finish is a single malt whisky from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, known for its 'field to bottle' production using 100% homegrown barley. It undergoes primary maturation in ex-bourbon casks before a finishing period in Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred (STR) red wine barriques, specifically from Rioja vineyards in Spain.
