- intense peat smoke, with aromas of ripe dark fruits - then old waxed leather and some tobacco
- Palate
- a lot of fruit, especially dried plums, dates and oranges, with lots of peat! - smoke develops behind it and you can taste its proximity to the sea - notes of iodine and some tar

- medium long, with notes of peat smoke, dried fruit, nuts and a hint of pepper.
