Flaming Pig Black Cask is a small batch blend of Irish single malt and grain whiskies, produced at West Cork Distillers. It is finished in intensely charred first-fill bourbon casks, often scorched to 'Level Five', which imparts a rich, spicy, and subtly smoky character with notes of vanilla and caramel.
