Description

A Japanese single malt whisky from the Fuji Gotemba distillery, owned by Kirin Brewery Company, located at the foot of Mount Fuji. This 'Distiller's Select' 2017 vintage is a limited edition. The distillery is known for its unique production techniques, combining Scottish, American, and Canadian styles, and using pure snowmelt water from Mt. Fuji. It is lightly peated and matured in a combination of casks, including ex-Bourbon, French oak red wine, and beer casks.
