G. Rozelieures Tourbe Collection is a French single malt whisky from the Lorraine region, produced by Distillerie Grallet Dupic. It is distilled from peated malt and matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in new French oak casks. This expression is known for its balanced profile of peat, floral notes, and fruitiness. It has received a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2015 or 2018.

Quite grassy and citrusy at first, then sweeter with barley, oak, spices, and faint sherried peat. Floral and malty notes.
Palate
Sweet on arrival, followed by peat, fresh barley, vegetal notes, apple, pear, and malty cereal. Earthy and peppery with some vanilla, dried fruit, honey, oak, char, cocoa, and spice.
Finish
Long, with peat/smoke, malty sweetness, ginger spice, dried fruits, dark chocolate, and vanilla. Bitter ash, cereal, and pepper.
