Description

Garrison Brothers is the first legal bourbon distillery in Texas, founded in 2006. They are known for their 'grain-to-glass' approach, using locally sourced Texas corn, wheat, and barley. This 2012 Single Barrel Straight Bourbon is aged for 3 years in new American oak barrels in the intense Texas climate, which accelerates aging. Each single barrel is hand-selected by Master Distiller Donnis Todd and offers a unique flavor profile. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered.
