George Dickel Bottled-In-Bond Tennessee Whisky (Distilling Season Fall 2005) is an inaugural bottled-in-bond release from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. Crafted under the supervision of Master Distiller Nicole Austin, it was distilled in the fall of 2005, aged for 13 years in new charred American oak barrels, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in accordance with the 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act. It was named Whisky Advocate's Whisky of the Year in 2019.
