[Whisky Auctioneer] This single grain Scotch whisky is presented at 57.1% ABV. [3, 5, 8, 9] It is a non-age-statement whisky [6, 9] and is bottled without the addition of caramel and is non-chill filtered. [14]

Nose
Lots of vanilla, boiled sweets, foam bananas, candied peels and cherry lips with hints of honey. Spices, lots more candied / caramelised fruit but still fresh. [1, 3]
Palate
More candied citrus peels, pineapple sweets, icing sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Lemon, barley, with more complexity and depth. Punchy on the palette with an unexpectedly light aftertaste, leaving a lingering sweet vanilla creaminess. [1, 3, 7]
Finish
Sweet, peppery and light. Burn! But lovely. Mercifully short with some pepperiness and plenty of burn. [1, 3, 11]
