Honeyed sweetness meets bold oak and grain—nicely balanced.

The bold oak and honey have some appeal, but the long, sweet finish is what catches my interest most. The grain-led nose is less to my taste.

This sounds more rich than light, with bold oak, honey and nuts giving the grain a fuller feel. The soft fruit and wine-like notes add a gentler side, while the long, sweet, warming finish keeps it rounded.

The grain note gives this blend a point of interest, while the palate sounds more oak-led, with honey and nuts alongside it. I like that the nose brings softer fruit and wine-like notes rather than simply repeating the palate. The balance seems promising, though the bold oakiness could dominate the subtler grain character. A long, sweet, warming finish rounds out a profile that sounds substantial without being especially delicate.

The evident grain gives this blend a straightforward start, while bold oakiness brings more weight alongside honey and nuts. The long, sweet, warming finish sounds appealing, though the oak may take the lead.
