This five-year-old limited edition bottling from The Glasgow Distillery's Small Batch Series is a peated single malt, double distilled and matured for 3 years and 8 months in first fill Wild Turkey ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing for 1 year and 8 months in Passito di Caluso sweet dessert wine hogsheads from Piedmont, Italy. Bottled at a robust 57.8% ABV, this two-cask marriage combines mainland peat smoke with the rich, sweet influence of dried Erbaluce grapes, offering layers of coastal maritime savouriness, honey, and dried fruit.
