Nose
Elegant and expressive, with classic refill cask notes of vanilla and honey. A delicate floral bouquet, soft malt and sweet honeycomb. Subtle layers of fresh fruit, a lightly flourice, and lightly toasted oak add complexity.
Palate
A touch lighter in mouthfeel, yet still pleasing. The vanilla and malt carries through, supported by gentle walnuts and a hint of white pepper. Notes of ginger, gingerbread and cinnamon emerge from the oak.
Finish
Medium in length, with growing spice and a gentle fade of the fruit.
