Nose
Plenty of freshly cut apples, lime and greengages. Also green tea, hints of almonds and mint. Fresh linen and white flowery notes. Subtle cardamom.
Palate
Sweet fruits. More apples and pears, a little grapefruit and unripe pineapple. Always with a zesty undertone and a subtle grassy side. Ginger. Hints of shortbread. A very light waxy touch.
Finish
Medium long, still fresh, slightly green, on gooseberries and a hint of vanilla and oak.
