Distilled at Glen Garioch in 2011, this single malt spent 11 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel before being bottled by independent bottler Adelphi in 2023. It was bottled at cask strength, with natural colour, and non-chill filtered.

- Peach, porridge with honey, medicine cupboard, tropical fruits, pineapple, banana, buttered white bread, melon, whipped vanilla cream, breakfast cereal notes, dusty, lemon peel, white sugar, shortbread, elegant and precise aromas, buttery brioche, red berry sweetness, currants, jammy.

- Lemons, blueberries, cinnamon, ginger biscuits, burst of freshly squeezed citrus, caramel wafers, chocolate coated foam bananas, rum and raisin ice cream, creamy vanilla custard, tropical fruits (pineapple, passionfruit, tangerine), dry oak, powerful and complex, smooth texture, flying saucers, sweet sherbet, dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, apricots), dark stewed fruits in vanilla cream sauce with candied citrus and peppercorn.
- Finish
- Peppery warmth, medium length with light esters and candy floss, quite dry but cake-y-vanilla lingers, spicy and warm with sweeter flavors giving way to spice.
