Nose
Fine and well balanced bouquet with fragrant, fruity notes. Very pungent combination of refined high-pitched wine fruitiness, rosewater, carnations, vanilla, "old oranges", and a maltiness showing sweet lemon. Dark amber, hot cake, mix sherry feeling, sweet scent chocolate caramel.
Palate
Very complex and elegant. Calm body vanilla chocolate cake waffle honey wheat feeling balance.
Finish
Very long finish. Sweet spice initially, then a drying and lingering tannic finish. Return priority tongue dry, spicy, cake flavor.
