Nose
Zesty, sweet notes of lemon and ginger tea, floral vanilla, and oily oak. Fruity with lychee and blueberries. Hints of pastry along with brandy snaps candied orange and a sweet cinnamon iced buns, warm creamy caramel toffee aroma.
Palate
Nutty barley and waxy lemon rind lead to sweeter notes of crunchy apple and buttery oak char. Grassy notes rest beneath, cushioned by zingy lime drops. Cut fresh apples, Stewed fruits, bananas along with lemon and lime cheese cake, soft spices with a touch of pepper, apple skins and ripe banana, fruit cake and cream.
Finish
Plenty of fruitiness remains, with sprinkles of vanilla and walnut, while herbal oak lingers in the distance. Superb smooth and very elegant single malt.
