Nose
A heady sweet floral bouquet of aromas like when preparing a Tailgate Sipper cocktail using chopped pineapple, bourbon whiskey, sparkling water, fresh lemon juice and vanilla extract. Water softened the nose with aromas of white grapes, candy floss, melted butter as well as ice cream (rum and raisin and passion fruit).
Palate
Luscious juicy fruits, nectarine, mango, pear and apricot with tart citrus, oak char, wood spice and dark chocolate bitterness.
Finish
With water, the taste became mellow and sweet, like lavender pear almond frangipane tart served with honey cinnamon ice cream.
