Nose
Floral, honey, candied citrus, orange. A basket of summer fruit. Honeysuckle. Then an undertone of damp paper and... wet dog.
Palate
Delicate floral notes at the front, followed by creamy cocoa, summer fruits, somewhere between a peach and a cherry, and berries. Suddenly there's a rush of peppery spice, before you're left with grass, oak, and something mineral. Water opens it up, brings that mineral taste forward, and amplifies the fruit.
Finish
Very warming and malty finish that hangs around a little while without outstaying its welcome. Vanilla and caramel at the back of the mouth.
