Nose
Dusted apple pastries and strawberries compete dutifully with black pepper and nutmeg, with plenty of fresh barley. Also vegetal and mentholated.
Palate
Caramelised nectarines and toffee apple give a thick sweetness, complemented by buttered granary toast, lightly charred oak and oily walnuts. Also dried fruit and tea.
Finish
Slightly mineral, there's almonds creamy vanilla and gentle spices too. Also long finish, with lots of cinnamon and figs.
